I remember looking in the mirror after I had done a couple weeks of SOLID yard work, shoveling mulch, dirt, etc. for a few hours per day. 

I said, &quot;damn! I&#039;m pretty cut!&quot;

It&#039;s crazy how doing chores with a little bit of intensity can have such an effect!
