Martial arts, chi kung, and yoga tend to be at the higher end of the spectrum as far as mindfulness
There are some serious mental benefits of mindful exercise. It&#039;s helpful for such maladies as PTSD, fibromyalgia, addiction recovery, and any learning disability. Getting the mind into the body momentarily provides relief from negative thought patterns associated with these.
I had never considered that the more mindful exercise might have greater physical benefits as well.</description>
